It's been ages since I got my WMRM. However the WMSTUBDRM came through a
different route.
these days you need an authenticode (or similar) cert to get this.
In reflect you may have got the server side WMRM the client side may have
another name.
Last time I looked there were 3 - 4 Rights Manager licenses you could get.
I suggest you recheck the license page!

-- Iain Downs (DirectShow MVP) Software Product Consultant www.idcl.co.uk Hi Dave, I'm assuming you to the Windows Media Downloads page and chose Windows Media Rights Manager 10 SDK Introduces new features to help you manage large numbers of licenses more easily, revoke specific licenses, and use new rights to support consumer scenarios like sharing music or burning playlists to CDs. Also use this SDK to work with portable devices that support Windows Media DRM 10 for Portable Devices. The Windows Media Rights Manager 10 SDK will be sent to you after Microsoft accepts a signed SDK license agreement from you. You will also need to obtain digital certificates to verify your identity. Date: September 2004 OR Windows Media Rights Manager 9 Series SDK This SDK provides the tools to create an end-to-end digital rights management (DRM) system that offers content providers and retailers a flexible platform for the secure distribution of digital media files. The Windows Media Rights Manager 9 Series SDK will be sent to you after Microsoft accepts a signed SDK license agreement from you. You will also need to obtain digital certificates to verify your identity. Date: January 7, 2003 Either way you get prompted to fill out a form and request a license (WM Rights Manager SDK 10 Agreement or WM Rights Manger SDK 9s Agreement). This starts the process. As Ian pointed out, check out the license page (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/licensing/licensing.aspx) which has information about getting the DRM components you need and download instructions.
