Strange Audio Problem with ACELP.net Sipro Lab Audio Decoder.

Hello everyone,

 I am not sure of whether this is the correct group for the question.
I have a wmv file , the Audio decoded with ACELP.net Sipro Lab Audio
Decoder
and Video with a Screen codec.

This file plays perfectly fine on WMP but if i put into a timeline
then its audio gets Robotic.what i mean it does not play properly.

Has anyone encountered problems with ACELP.net Audio decoder ever?

I even tried converting the file to some other format without the use
of timeline. Again it plays fine in WMP but not through a timeline.

Any help will be appreciated
