WM_SF_DISCONTINUITY

The frames and timestamps you get after a discontinuity
should still be fine, so you don't need to modify the
timestamps in any way.

The flag just tells you that the sample is not continuous
with the previous sample; either something got dropped,
or there was a gap in the content of some sort.
