It's been awhile since I use the SDK, but if memory serves, you need to
apply for, and receive a license to use the SDK. MS then provide the
downloadable run-times. The licenses are free.
Is there a reason you can't use the 'normal' Windows Media Encoder
application? It has a command line version that is scriptable if you
need an automated solution.
