Hi Folks,

 I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this. Please, point
me to the right one if not. Here is what i need more info on..

 While performing Inverse Quantization (during the decode process) in
a WMV9 stream, the spec specifies the equation if the 5QP deadzone
quantizer is used, as :

 F = (co-efficient * DQUANT) + (signof(co-efficient) * PQUANT)

 What i want to know is that if the co-efficient is 0 (zero), should
PQUANT be forced to 0 as well!?
