When ripping CD's the album/artist info is listed but then rips it to
unknown. Then I have to go to "find album info" to get album/artist info.

Under the Rip tab, click the small dropdown menu then head to More
Options -> Privacy.

The checkboxes for 'Display media information from the internet' and
'Update music files by retrieving media info from the internet' should
both be checked.

Then, on the Library tab (still in More Options), 'Retrieve additional
information from the internet' and 'Add missing information' should
both be checked as well for your usage
