I am not a lawyer. Your statement "it's illegal" appears to be untrue and
unsupported by reality as I personally know it.
I believe you are misinterpreting a rumor, and suggest you follow up with
the source of that rumor for clarification. I know I did, which is why I
know that story enough to know that the above isn't a factual statement. =)
