Cannort get Radio Play Lists to Come up in WMP on any computer

Using WMP 12 I cannot get the radio play lists to come up in WMP.

***Radio Stations Won't Set Up***

I can't set up radio stations because if I click Media Guide there is no
"internet radio" link. According to Win
dows Help there should be. But the Media Guide button isn't on the WMP
toolbar at top left as described by Vista Help--it's at the bottom left
corner of WMP.

But as before when I want to setup radio stations and click on "Media Guide"
in the lower left of WMP I see the Store advertisements but cannot get the
list of radio stations to come up. How do I do that? I also checked on
Tools>Options but I don't see any setting there that will impact this.

What is up at the top in the WMP window is http://windowsmedia.com
and I notice MSFT is using WMP to advertise things more like "what is your
2009 credit score" but I don't see the radio station interface anywhere and
I thought to select them you clicked Windows Media in the lower left corner
of the player.

I don't see a Media Guide button on the extreme right of the WMP toolbar as
is described in Vista Help when you try to see how to set up the radio
stations via the Media Guide. It says "the rightmost tab on the Player
taskbar allows you to shop for a variety of media services and is home to a
media guide website.

I believe I'm hitting the media guide website with all the ads but I'm not
seeing any list to choose radio stations no matter what I do.

Searching in the search box for "radio stations" doesn't help either.
