C00D1192 Some of My video files will not transfer to my MP3 player

I have tried many different things to get these 4 files to transfer to my mp3
but everytime I get the error code of

C00D1192

and then it tells me if the problem continues to just remove it from my sync
list. The problem is I still want these video files on my mp3. Is there
anything I can do?
