How do I stream video?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Can someone please point me towards a How-To guide about streaming Windows video to a
browser? I've got a 64M video file I want to stream on my website.

By "streaming", I mean that if the user does a View Source, they won't see a direct URL
to the 64M video file.
