I am not sure why but all of a sudden my windows media player 10 will not
play mp3 at the proper speed. It sounds way too fast, like chipmunk. It
was
fine a few days ago when I played something.
It's windows xp. I have not updated to wmp 11 because before when I did,
I had to roll back to ten because it caused an error message with my sonic
software when I would try to burn a dvd.
So I would prefer not to upgrade to the 11 (and i don't know at this
stage
if that would solve the problem either.
If I try to play the mp3 in an alternative player, like quicktime, it will
play it. But I prefer windows media and I have lots of mp3 in my
library.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
