Neil, the file installed, but still did not fix the problem. I still get a

If you close all your web browsers and WMP, then open just one
internet explorer window, and go to this page :

http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp

Is the button there greyed out ?
(there's a separate fix for that)

If you can and do click it, does the individualisation process seem to
succeed ? Re-try WMP in that case to see if the content can acquire
the rights for playback.
