Re: WMP11 on Vista Crashes...

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

If you have Windows Live Messenger, you and you only on this specific issue can add me at zachdms at hotmail dotty com and maybe I can find it via Remote Assistance.

It's clearly there based upon that crash data. Any computer shop worth their salt should be able to find it in 80 seconds. =)

Can't find that file anywhere.

Given the crash data you provided, this file:
Indiv01.key
is on your system. We can both agree on that. So now you need to know how
to find that.
First you should turn on Show Hidden Files. Then you turn on Show Hidden
System Files. Most people forget that second bit, but you assure me you've
done that.

Now, are you on a 32bit or 64bit system? The location may vary slightly
between bit-types, but it's on your system so just find that and then use
that folder in Step 3. You cannot do Step 4 until you finish (by actually
killing the indiv01.key file) Step 3. =\
