I have exactly the same issue. I cannot steam (inside a browser or
directly in WMP) any WMV site ... I can not see the video, but sound
is working fine.

... I get no error messages, and I tried many different options in the
WMP.
OS: Viste home premium
Version: 11.0.6001.7101
System: Dell Studio Hybrid
The site worked always fine on WMP11 on XP....
... I found the issue already discribed in several postings but no
solution. Who has found a solution?
