100% means whatever size the video actually is. Does it help if you turn on fit to window?

Okay, we other issues. Maybe!! What a blonde I've been. I had the
volume turned off. I have audio but no video. I googled that and came
up with a solution of turning off the video accelerator. That brought
up the video but seems like the picture maybe smaller that should be. I
looked to see if it was fit to windows and it was 100%. So.....I have
no idea. Any suggestions??
