Unable to upgrade DRM cannot connect to server


Hi guys,

I have a problem when trying to upgrade my DRM files using the
http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp website.

I can click the upgrade button which brings up a box saying it is going
to download an update from the server, however, as soon as I click OK it
brings back an "Unable to connect to server" error. It's as though it
doesn't even try to connect?

I've done this process on countless other machines and never had a
problem and I've searched and searched and can't find anyone else having
this issue?

Can anyone help?
