zachd, this is the last part of the wmsetup.log file. i can see a number of
error references, but i'm not computer savy enoough to know what it means.
The error dialog is 'Media Player cannot finish being installed' At the
bottom of this window is the error #800700001. That's it. This is not a Media
Center System. Any assistence would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, rowdy
