Ripping 2-disc album

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am having problems ripping the second music disc from a 2-disc set using
the media player. I put the disc in and the info for the first one appears
then after a few seconds the disc ejects and the player reads "Ripping
completed"?
