Trying to download a file that is to long

Hello this is my 1st time on here so I'm not quit sure if this is like the
other forums. But here's my question. I have about 5 files that are too
long. I would like to know if there is a way that I can put spit them up to
fit on 2 cd-r's. Here's an example: I have an audio file that's 2 hours & 6
minutes long. Is there anyway I can split that in 2 to fit on 2 cd-r's. I
also have an audio file that is about 1 hour & 35 minutes long. Is there a
way that I could take a hour of that & put it on 1 cd-r & take the reast of
it & put it on another cd-r. Any help would be appreciated. And I'm sorr if
people have asked this quetion before & I'm another idiot who was too lazy to
look through the forums & see if there was a solution
