Problems with CBS Mega March Madness on Demand

I am a subscriber to Mega March Madness on Demand, the online service on
which you can all the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship games on
your computer.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to watch any games online because of a
recurring error.
I open up the player and select a program. Then, I see a commercial (which
makes it possible for CBS and the NCAA to offer it for free). This is
followed by the dreaded message which begins "Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." Then I am asked to send an error report. I have sent out
five of them since Tuesday and still the problem persists.
I have turned off pop-up blockers, run an antivirus program, downloaded a
Mozilla Firefox patch, and even downloaded the latest player, WMP 11. But
none of it has worked. Every time MMOD heads out of commercial, the browser
shuts down.
What should I do now?
