Media Player crashes on some computers

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance


We use Media Player for playing dictates and therefore control MP via a
plugin. On some computers MP crashes at random and we do not know how
to replicate the error. Some users claim the error appeared after an
upgrade to XP. While others have been on XP for a long time, but have
not had the problem until recently. I'm not sure it has anything to do
with MP or the plugin, but maybe a conflict with some other software or
fixpack.

Hope someone has a good idea. Error dump is attached.
