Does Explorer show the correct capacity for the card?

I plugged in my 6Gb Sandisk Microsd card to my lg voyager. the phone reads
the card correctly at just about 6GB. However WMP 11 only reads the damn
card
at 1.6GB. Does anyone have a clue how to correct this? I have not been
able
to find a similar problem with a resolution anywhere on the board.
