This is by design. WAV files have extremely limited metadata, and editing
them after creation can do bad things to them.

If you want to edit metadata, use a metadata friendly file format such as
WMA or MP3. WAV is not metadata friendly. If you really must use WAV, you
can probably find third party metadata editors that work, but the tagging
support in WAV is really limited. =\

I have wav files in my library that when i go to use the tag editor all the
feilds are blanked and tanned over and i can't edit them.Does anyone no
why?And how to fix it?
