No, you won't be able to do that. MIDI files are just like sheet music
for computers - a small file with instructions of what musical notes
to play, not a waveform which is what you'd typically send to speakers
You might have some luck connecting a 3.5mm jack plug from the
Line-Out socket, back to the Line-In socket for recording the audio
the PC's making, then using Audacity to record from Line In to a real
audio file : http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Alternatively, these instructions show how to set Audacity to record
directly from "stereo mix" (which includes MIDI audio) without using
any cables :
