Heh, thanks but I learn tons of stuff from everybody here. Without slow
osmosis of *their* knowledge, I'd be lost myself 3/4 of the time (as opposed
to the current "lost half the time"). =)

WMP11 isn't a per-user creature, it's system-wide. Could you clarify

i have a corrupt (registry) in wmp11. i have created a new user and
downloaded a clean wmp11. how do i replace the corrupt version with
