It worked finally. The links you sent to me. I tried the first one and the
solution was so simple. When the media player asked me for validation I used
the tab instead of the mouse and then when I had to accept the agreement, I
used tab also though the accept icon was not visible. and there it is in less
than a minute the problem was solved which has been bothering me for the last
10 days. And in the end I do not find words to thank you. You have been of
great help to me. Your patience and concern are very mutch admired. I thank
you once again for your help and time.
