License Restore

Hello,

I am using WMP 9. I am trying to restore licenses from another computer. I
have copied the licenses to the new computer. When I try to restore them, I
get the following message:

"Windows Media Player cannot restore your licenses because no backed up
licenses were found on your computer".

This occurs even though the backups are there and I selected the folder they
are in for the restoration'

Any help?
