You have a data CD (a CD that has computer files on it, such as MP3 files). You cannot rip data CDs. It is only possible to rip audio CDs (a "traditional" CD that plays in a standard CD player).
If your goal is to get the MP3 files off of the disc and into your Windows Media Player library, do the following:
1. Put the disc in your CD drive.
2. In Windows (not Windows Media Player), open the CD (you can do this by clicking My Computer, and then double-clicking your CD drive).
3. Select all of the albums on the disc, and then press CTRL+C to copy them.
4. Open your My Music folder, and then press CTRL+V to paste the albums there.
Windows Media Player periodically scans the My Music folder and then automatically adds any files to your library.
