is there such a thing? a button that sits on top and toggles the "keep
on top" on and off. if it doesn't it should...
There is "The Wonderful Icon" from http://www.thewonderfulicon.com/ if you don't find anything else. As it's name implies it does all sorts of wonderful things. I use it to make Ctrl+j/Ctrl+SHift+J Open and Close my CD drive. I'm too lazy to reach over and poke the button.
