I want to sync (or just copy) certain playlists from my desktop to my

add a device to WMP for the laptop drive/folder and then sync?
Basically, I want certain playlists and mp3s copied over to my laptop.
I have over 4000 mp3s so doing it manually is not an option.
Possibly SyncToy will be of help here :http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/...

Thanks. I took a look. This looks like a general syncing program and
doesn't handle playlists.
Since the mp3s are all in directories in the format artist\album, I
need it to go through the playlist(s) I select, copy the playlist and
all the tracks recreating that structure so the copied playlist can
find the mp3. I also wouldn't mind if it threw them all in one
directory, but still, the playlist would need to have the path info
removed and do the copy based on playlist(s).
