I'm running Windows XP Home with the latest Windows Media Player. My
preferred view for the library is to show the file name, size, and date last
played. But something is off with the way the program is listing the date.
For example, today is Thu, May 3. I just listened to a
song on my library and when it finished, it put down "Fri, May 4"
for the last played date.
There's something strange going on with WMP11's date calculations, and
this seems to be another instance. The one I (and others) have been
discussing is the erratic content of the "Recently added" view where
content comes and goes apparently at random (well, it gives that effect,
but whatever is causing it probably has good reason).
I thought the date-wandering was fixed in WMP11 beta ? It used to be
the case that timezones weren't taken into account correctly...
