That playlists is broken because the MP3 file you're using doesn't work, as
you can see if you directly access the MP3, so MSN probably would be the
wrong people to contact.
Do you have a playlist that works? A "live" working sample of what works
with WMP10 but fails with WMP11 would be most interesting. =)

It might be easiest to understand this problem if given a sample to look
at, such as a "broken" playlist on your blog...
The playlist is so made:
