Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Please can you let me know how to create playlists quickly with using
Windows Media Player. By this I mean at the moment I have to load the music
folder into WMP, then save as a Playlist. Is it possbible access the music
folder via Explorer and then create a playlist there? Should I create a
Playlist directory?
