You're putting words in my mouth, if you follow the threading it's
clear that's Travis' statement.
Personally I can't necessarily think why one isn't included on cost
grounds - though I can think of lots of reasons why corporate IT might
not *want* users on their EDP images watching DVDs all day.
So I guess the representations made (by various large corporate IT)
were enough for that decision to be clearly delineated. I wasn't there
and can't represent any part of the decision making process - I don't
work for or represent microsoft in any capacity
