Software "Support" seems to be the same the world over. I entered a bug report against a product marketed by my employers that was preventing my receiving email in a timely fashion.
They put in a couple of weeks worth of effort - to discover that I'm probably the only person that will get this problem, then closed the call.
Unlike the cosmetics commercials that all seem to end with "because you're worth it", the answer I got was "You're not worth it".

I feel like the man who came out of his psychologists saying "My inferiority complex is cured - he told me that I *am* inferior"
