If you unregister/disable the Cyberlink decoder, do things work then?

In the above post i was trying to format the information but it did not
format properly.
i was trying to give the vendor info , Version , MediaPlayer
compatible
and Preferred Decoder in that order.
the nvidia video decoder(trial version) is the only one which is
mediaplayer compatible and is set as Preferred Decoder out of all the
decoders i mentioned
