Had exactly the same annoying problem myself. Sometimes I've found the
following helps:

Don't panic and mess around too much. I've found it to be futile and after
all, the album art is on your system somewhere. It just hasn't been applied
to the library view and the folder.jpg and albumartsmall.jpg files haven't
been generated yet.

Try Tools \ Apply Media Information Changes
Try leaving Media Player running overnight.
Reapply Find Album Info again a few hours / days later. Don't know why this
works but sometimes it seems to then pick up the album art instantly.
Even then I've had the odd stubborn album where I've had to write folder.jpg
and albumartsmall.jpg myself.

Probably no technical basis for any of the above. Just what I've found to
help.....

A couple of other bits of information -

When I update using 'find info album' it does display the album art in
the Now Playing window and also in the lower left corner of the player
when on the library page. I have hidden files unmasked and I do not
see any album art files in the folder where the song reside.

This is the version I have - Version 11.0.5721.5145
