Remove URGE from Media Guide menu?

I recently upgraded Windows Media to v11. Just below the menu bar there are icons for Forward/Back, Now Playing, Library, Rip, Burn, Sync and finally, Media Guide. I don't know what to call that bar, but I'm confident that anyone reading this will know what I mean.
My problem is with Media Guide. When I click the down arrow it displays, among other things, "browse all online stores." I clicked on that at some time in the past, and one of the available choices is "URGE" which is apparently an MTV music store. I must have clicked on URGE, because now I have a link to URGE on the drop-down menu under Media Guide. I've uninstalled their download software, but there is still a link to it on the drop-down menu. I'd like to get rid of that menu item also. Can anybody help me?
Thanks.
Terry
