I'm unaware of any incidents of this happening: either there would be a
problem in license issuance (server side, vendor looks at first) or license
storage (client side, Microsoft looks at)... what third case am I missing
where this would even be a question?
I'm sure there's the question of dealing with qualified personnel (always a
problem in such a rich and complex field), but it doesn't seem like figuring
out which way to point the finger here could possibly be rocket science.
