I looked at your post below as I am having the same problems on my Windows
Vista system with WMP 11.

I have Java Runtime (J2SE) 5.0 Update 9 on my machine.

I've registering the following dlls with the following results:

regsvr32 msnetobj.dll -> DllRegisterServer in msnetobj.dll succeeded.

regsvr32 wmp.dll -> The module"jscript.dll was loaded but the call to
DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x8002801c.

regsvr32 jscript.dll -> The module"jscript.dll was loaded but the call to
DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005.

I'm uninstalling Sun java and going to reinstall to see what happpens.

FYI: The DRM folder was empty to start.

Based on my research, you may try the following steps to reset the DRM

occur:
SYMPTOMS
When you try use Microsoft Windows Media Player 11 to play a digital rights
management (DRM)-protected media file or to obtain a new license for media
content, the media may not play, or you cannot obtain a new license.
Additionally, you may receive any one of the following error messages:
Error message 1
The licenses for your media files are corrupted. (Error code 0xC00D2754)
Error message 2
Windows Media Player 11 cannot play the file because the associated license
is either corrupted or not valid. (Error code 0xC00D11D6)
Error message 3
The license to play the packaged media is invalid
Error message 4
C00D277F - Secure storage protection error. Restore your licenses from a
previous backup and try again

CAUSE
This problem occurs because the DRM store on the computer is not valid or
is
damaged. This problem may occur for any one of the following reasons:�The
computer processor has been changed.
�The computer motherboard has been changed.
�A basic input/output system (BIOS) setting that affects the computer
hardware has been changed. For example, hyperthreading has been disabled.
�The hard disk on which the media content was originally downloaded has
been moved from one computer to another computer.
�An application, such as the RegClean utility, changed DRM settings in a
way that caused corruption.
�Microsoft Windows has been reinstalled on the computer.

In the case that a CPU upgrade does happen, what is the recourse to
resetting the DRM license store?

That's easier said than done, because some components of WMP run in
the background, listening for music devices to connect, or just
scanning for new media files. That shouldn't affect that site checking
the DRM components though.

In IE, if you were to turn on javascript error reporting, you should
see some sort of error. It would be helpful to write that error
message down and post that here.

You can turn on javascript error reporting by going to IE's Tools ->
Internet Options menu, choose Advanced then scroll down.

Untick the box labelled "Disable script debugging" for both IE and
"Other", and ensure "Display a notification about every script error"
is ticked. You'll want to change those back once you've got the error
message.

Another area in the browser to check : Tools -> Manage Add Ons
Click "Show add ons that have been used ..."

Scroll to the end of the list, you're looking for windows media
services DRM storage object (msnetobj.dll in the right hand column)

The Status column should read "Enabled". If it isn't, click it then
set it to Enabled using the radio buttons below. If it is enabled, try
to re-register the control : Go to windows Start menu, choose Run.

In the Run box, type in

regsvr32 msnetobj.dll

Press enter, wait for confirmation then close & restart IE and try
that web page again. You may have to repeat the above steps with

regsvr32 wmp.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll

in case any of those components is damaged.



All the streaming services with no DRM (like TSN) work just fine.

None of the services seem interested in helping me and are referring me back
to the OS. I am using WMP 11 though I had the same problem with 10 and the
upgrade didn't fix it. I have also tried uninstalling IE 7 and reinstalling
it. Please assist. Thanks.

Unfortunately, unhelpful music services are the #1 reason why I don't
personally do pay per play using DRM encumbered players. When a
problem does occur (it's rare but there are large numbers of users 'in
play') then the problems cost real world $ as well as time.
