I DISCOVERED AND LOCATE THE PROBLEM:

Well, during last 2 months I was very urging to resolve this nasty error
which I have,
and become a very great nasty one for me.
Finally, I discovered what it is.

I redraw my previous sentence entry in Posts here: "I never use some
utilities and similar
like "ShellExView" or mix up something with the Registry on my own…" (...)

I use one particullar registry input (Merge) entry to put great "Empyty
Recycle Bin"
option in the right click Context Menu in Windows Explorer, Desktop, etc.

THE MERGING REGISTRY ENTRY GOES HERE (Add Empty Recycle Bin to the
Right-click menu):

----------------

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{645FF040-5018-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}]
@="Empty Recycle Bin"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Empty Recycle Bin]
@="{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Empty
Recycle Bin]
@="{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Empty Recycle Bin]
@="{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Empty Recycle Bin]
@="{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}"

----------------

Well, I do know now that this particullar registry entry gives me all the
problem and
the all time headache with "Win Explorer Context Menu Queue it up, Add to
Playlist NOT WORK"
problem!!!
What I found is that it is NOT happening on every PC, when you install this
litlle and
great usefull "Empyty Recycle Bin" option in the right click Context Menu in
Windows Explorer,
Desktop, etc...
What I want to say is that I didn't discovered yet a precisely time when
this error activate,
because, it apperas that the order of Software installation on your PC has
great importance that you
actually have this Empty Recycle Bin option really installed, despite
everithing,
and simultanously, and all time normally use "Queue it up" or "Add to
Playlist" / "Add to Windows Media Player list", or even just "Play" (WMP11),
in the same time.

The way and the order list that I installed the Software on my Computer as
is described in my
previous Post here, obviously gives to activate this bug,
but what I need to discovere is what order of Software installation does not
activate this bug with
WMP Context menus at all, because I have at least 10 PC's which do not have
this problem at all,
disregard the fact that this Registry entry for "Empty Recycle Bin" is
really installed on
their PCs also!!!

--

Despite everything that I wrote here till now, on thing more is for sure,
with or without simultenously working or not working PC's with this right
click
Context menu Empty Recycle Bin vs. "Win Explorer Context Menu Queue it up,
Add to Playlist NOT WORK" problem, not just one PC are NOT with one more
error with all of this -
The installation for .ini files from right click Context Menu in Windows
Explorer
does NOT work any more at all!!!

CONCLUSION:
-----------

Obviously, because all that described here I simply and unfortinate cannot
use this nasty
and buggy Empty Recycle Bin option NO more at all.

STILL MORE HELP REQUESTED:
--------------------------

The question remains, how to make above registry entries reversibile???
Can someone help, to UNDO this input Regy on all
of my PC's once their are installed with this buggy thing???

Which Registry parts I need back manually fix???

If someone knows or make a UNDO proces for this Regy input, please help!!!

MORE FACTS AT THE LAST INPUT HERE:
----------------------------------

One thing more here, that particullar "THE MERGING REGISTRY ENTRY GOES HERE
(Add Empty Recycle Bin to the Right-click menu)" option I did NOT just find
on some
savige Web page, I find it before prox. 2 years in official and renomee
PC Magazine in my State!!!
Of course, thay all said that the Registry tampering is dangerous, and that
their will
NOT be responsable (...) - which I completelly understand and respect...

---

Anyway, I discovered the problem, the still present problem is how to
reversed on
PC's that allready been infected with this bug, that I produce and blame for
it.

I believe that some Programming and / or Registry experties actually can
make a
very fast solution, just to simply look on above entries that I put in the
Registry
with the Merge function in the first place...

Second question for all here, is someone knows hot to make "Empty Recycle
Bin"
option in Right Click Context Menu in Windows Explorer, Deskop..., but
without any dangerous to mess up your System like I pretty mess up many of
mine.

---

Once more, very great thanks everbody for every usefull advice here!!!
At least I'll hope that all this will also help somebody with the same bug
error...
