Win Explorer Context Menu Queue it up, Add to Playlist NOT WORK

During all this year by now I noticed one big problem (a bug) with Windows
Media Player 10, and now I noticed the same with WMP version 11 (Finall
Verison).
These are not the bug on one individual PC Computer, this is the bug which I
noticed on about 7 PC's.

Windows Explorer Right click Context menu on multimedia files (e.g. .mp3,
..wav, .mid, .avi., .wma …), when I click on "Queue it up" or "Add to
Playlist" / "Add to Windows Media Player list", or even just "Play" (WMP11)
function does NOT working as the link in Context menu for this functions is
broken or something.
In short view – nothing happens when I click on these functions.

In the first, I was thinking that maybe some WMP Plug-in, or Visualizations
give me these problem. So, right now, I installed clean MSWinXPSP2
installation, use the default WMP10, without any Vis or similar, except just
one: Energy bliss. This is one of my favorite, so', I though that I can
"live" without the Winter Packs and similar, just to have right these one…
I installed DFX8 for WMP also now (before a few months I have WMP7, and
before two years I have WMP6...)

Anyway, I make prox. 40 System Restoration points, every time when I
installed some new software on this PC, because I rebuild these PC from the
bottom in a few days now.
I figured, every time before I installed some new program, I will make the
System Restore point, than install the Software, and after that, try back if
a loose the Context menu WMP "abilities".
Finally, when I just though that I discover the problem, and that some WMP
Plug-in give me so many headaches, well I was totally wrong.
Let me just tell you what I installed in order of appearance:

1. MSWinXPSP2 + all available Updates Up-to-date (include IE7)
2. RARlab WinRAR 3.61
3. Realtek AC'97 Audio Driver on Board
4. Microsoft DirectX 9.0c
5. Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 + all available Updates
6. ATi Catalyst Drivers
7. User Profile Hive Cleanup Service (that damn NET Broadcast Event
Window 1.0.5 NET Framework error when I shut down or just
restart
my PC which I also don't know how to resolve for a months by
now and
seems to have some thing with ATi VGAs…)
8. MSOF2K3SP2 + all available Updates Up-to-date
9. MBSA 2.0 + Visio Connector for MBSA 2.0

TweakUl)

31. Autodesk AutoCAD 3dsmax 9
32. Autodesk AutoCAD 2007
33. Sibelius 4.1 + Kontakt Player Gold + Update + that include Viewpoint
MediaPlayer

After all of this installed, I still have Right click Context Menu for WMP
"abilities" fully functional, so restart the PC, try just one more to be
absolutely sure that everything is OK, and I shut down the PC. Next day I
start to install more Software on it.

34. abcAVI Tag Editor 1.7.2.104
35. DVD Decrypter 3.5.2.0
36. DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15
37. GSpot 2.21 Codec Info Appliance
38. SmartRipper 2.41
39. TimeAdjuster 2.9

I restart the PC, and Windows Explorer right click Context menu for WMP was
NOT function after this!!!

I make a back restoration point, first just the last from the last day, than
goes back, point by point, even to the Adobe Audition 2 installation before
"ages" ago – nothing!!!
So', I try to find some issues about on the Forums and similar over the Net
– Nothing.
I was aware also that I didn't yet install any Software like TuneUp
Utilities,
AV Software, Firewall, nothing for IT Security and similar.
As I already said, I have this particular Context Menu problem on 7 PC's
(so', the hardware isn't the problem also…).
These PCs are 100% clean from Malware also, because, after I install all the
Software on some PC, at the end, I make AV thorough Scan (I try to use on a
few PC's Eset NOD32, and Symantec Norton…), AntiSpyware Scan (Agnitum
Oputpost Firewall Pro 3.5 AntiSpyware Plug-in, Lavasoft Ad-Aware Pro 1.06r,
PepiMK Spybot Search and Destroy (S&D) 1.4…), Microsoft Scandisk,
Defragmentation in full with Raxco PerfectDisk, and I was always clean from
anything.
It’s a clean PC installation always, and, of course, I Up-to-Date all of
these IT Security Software before any Scan…

I didn't yet install Cyberlink PowerDVD, DivX Codec, XviD Codec, nothing…

I never use some utilities and similar like "ShellExView" or mix up
something with the Registry on my own…

I simply CANNOT figured why these Windows Explorer Context Menu for WMP does
not working at all any more.

I read at least a "mile" of the text all over the Net. I even cross
reference Registry entries on PC which have OK Context Menus for WMP and now
one present PC who has not having these abilities, like there are vanished…
Cross-reference was the same and exactly the same on booth of these PCs.
I examine:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\wmvFile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \mpegFile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ASFFile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \AVIFile\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\Video\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\Audio\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mp3file\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WMPAddToPlaylist

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\(F1B9284F-E9DC-4e68-9D7E-42362A59F0FD) is the same
on both Comps.

The System32 file "wmpshell.dll" is the exactly the same one, on correct /
OK PC and the PC that having this Context Menu problem…

I even check C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator*/Application
Data/Microsoft/Media Player/1501563V.wp playlist was OK…

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\|Media
Player\Objects\ReturnButton\onclick was the same on both PCs
(view.returnToMediaCenter();)

I am not a Programmer, and I'm not a Registry expert.
I just cross-reference above and try to find any different iragularities or
differences in it...
I find something over the Net also, which I CANNOT check to verify is this
maybe the problem, because I DO NOT know how:

"C:\Program files\Windows Media Player\wmpplayer.exe"/Play"%L"

"C:\Program files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe Open"%L"

Finally I try to reinstall (somehow…) WMP10, and after all that, even try to
upgrade it to WMP11 (full version, not the Beta) – nothing brinks me up with
a solution for vanishing the ability to Windows Explorer Right Click Context
Menu for WMP "abilites": "Queue it up", or "Add to Playlist" or "Add to
Windows Media Player List" (in WMP11)…

Finally after all of this, I try to install COWON Jet Audio Plus VX 6.2.6.
Even his own Windows Explorer Right Click Context Menus DO NOT work at all
much like on the WMP!!! I check this on 4 PCs with the same problem!!!

At the very end of this great novel text here, because of it I apologise to
all the readers, maybe this is NOT the WMP problem, maybe is something just
in Windows Explorer bug???!!!

I rest my case, and right now bring my head much closed to wall and to the
end of my knowledge and comprehension…

Please help and advice, because this is a great and more and more urgent
problem for me.
These are the every-day Context Menu use functions which I do not have any
more…

Very great Thanks to everyone for any help and advice in advance..
