Nope, DIVX doesn't do anything with MPEG2/DVD.

I am not sure i think i have DIVX as a decoder, but other than that i never
installed anythign else jsut installed WM 11. I never had this problem
before with Media Player 10, and WM 11 worked for a while before this
occurred. BTW my online stream works but i do get occasional errors but i
am
guessing from the movie itself. If it also helps my REAL PLAYER is not
working either with the DVD. It too gives me an error of SOUND card same
with WM11 but i did update and all the drivers seem to be functioning
properly

hello, my problem is different from the rest. I can play files already
on
my
pc but i cannot play an inserted DVD. Just a week ago everything was
fine
and
functioning. Now it doesn't work. I tried various DVDs from my
collection
(
all exellent condition) and none worked. the error was C00D11B1 and
when i
clicked web help it indicated that it was an audio driver update. i
updated
the driver realtek AC97 ( restarted after installation) and still the
same
problem. ANYONE PLEASE !? i ve been looking for answers on google and
microsoft and nada.
Win XP Home SP2 ( all updated )
