Re: Media Player 11 for Vista - Cookies problem

What *exact* versions of WMP are involved?

To my understanding, this would only happen with beta versions of the format
runtime.

I have configured four different computers:
1) IE6 and WMP 10
2) IE6 and WMP 11
3) IE7 and WMP 10
4) IE7 and WMP 11

Of these, only #1 and #3 work correctly. I have also done the "test" on
www.drmnetworks.com's website which states everything is OK and should
work.
Each of the computers above were working fine and had the latest patches
from
MS before upgrading. I was told by DRMNetworks that they are able to
re-create the problem and are working on it. I would suggest someone at
MS
could call DRMNetworks and see if they can help as I have heard this is a
big
problem.

When I try to play a file from the internet that requires a login box,
instead I get an error message telling me that "cookies must be
enabled".
And trust me, cookies are for sure enabled. Zones have been lowered,
firefox
uninstalled, AV removed, firewalls disabled & removed & still no luck.

Any ideas? Anybody else have this problem?
