The store options generally depend on your user locale,as set under the
Control Panel > Regional Options.

I have this issue too. However, it is happening on one of my computers
(Dell
Dimension desktop) but not on my notebook (Acer Travelmate). I can access
Napster and Puretracks with WMP11 on my notebook but neither will appear
as
options when WMP11 is installed on the desktop. I installed WMP11 on both
machines using the "advanced" option (rather than the recommended option)
which does allow a user to select Napster as their default online store. I
did this on both machines. On the notebook it worked fine but on the
desktop,
"Napster" initially appeared under the online stores tab but then
disappeared. I'm confused.

I just updated my setup and installed WMP11. WMP10 used to have a choice
of online stores but with WMP11 only "Vidzone" is listed.
Is this a bug or is there another way to have Napster for instance in
WMP11???
Thanks
Erik.
