It's harder to diagnose this in v10 (V11 contains the interesting data in
the Help:About:Technical Support Information menu), but are you upgraded at:

The activation issue sounds like something you would need to follow up/ask
them about.

it keeps getting a script error trying to activate a movie from direct to
drive.
then after that happens and i try again it says i have activated it to
many
times.
thats becouse they only give you one activation.
i wish i could just hack the movie so i could watch it..i never had this
prob with any of the games that i have from them it's gota be the player.
