First: a properly punctuated and capitalised post is much easier to read. If you want help, make an effort to be readable.

Second: make sure that your tracks have the Album Artist field filled in or they will not be grouped properly.

i have ripped music from cd's to my library. some show the cd cover of the
artist and some show a blank folder that i have to rename and put the artist
on it. when i sync a cd to my mp3 of the blank folder that i renamed, it
shows up on my mp3 as unknown so i have all these unknown titles on my mp3
and they all run together so i can not go to a certain artist since they all
are unknown. please help thanks
