Hi Neil,
I did as you told me and still is not working, the message I always get is "
THIS PROGRAM CANNOT DISPLAY THE WEBPAGE".
MOST LIKELY CAUSES:
YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET
THE WEBSITE IS ENCOUNTERING PROBLEMS
THERE MIGHT BE A TYPING ERROR IN THE ADDRESS
Thanks for your help,
F.Garcia

So now, when you go to the player, right click in the black region.
next to the blue buttons at the top, and choose "Show classic menus"
On the File menu, is Work Offline ticked ? It should not be.
Next, try the dropdown arrow under Now Playing, from that menu choose
the More Options entry. A set of options pops up (don't OK them yet)
What's the setting there for this item :
Connect to the internet (overrides other commands)
It should probably be ticked.
Go the Privacy tab next.
What's the setting there for this item :
Display media information from the internet
That should be ticked, too.
Finally, go to the Library tab.
What's the setting there for this item :
Retrieve additional information from the internet
You probably want that ticked as well.
Now you ought to be able to OK that and possibly restart the player.
HTH
Cheers - Neil

I'm running WMP 10
Do you have some sort of fireqwall program that might be blocking WMP
from connecting to the website ?
In fact, which website is this? Occasionally some websites can go down
and it might take a few hours to get them back working again,
depending on the severity of the problem at the other end.
