All you need from the wmsetup.log is lines containing "ERROR:" - what are
those lines?

The error you're getting from WMP10 is very specific and should indicate
that you have a corrupt system catalog cache.

I have WMP 10 installed and it is working for a while. Recently it is no
longer working. Everytime I start the program, I get the "windows media
player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled." However I get
following prompt after reinstall: "Windows media player is not installed
