FYI
I had this problem for a few days. But I remembered that I had turned
off my EZ firewall software for some reason and turned it back on.
After going to music.msn.com I found this page that solved the problem
for me. Aparently turning off my EZ firewall also turned off my
Windows firewall and dropped the settings for msn music.
